An absolute stellar job. I left my 2017 Macbook Air with a horribly cracked screen and withing a few days I got it back with an amazing new screen. the professional work the guys at smart -tech did is great! I absolutely reccommend them if you have any mac issues. As for the cost, compared to others, smart-tech did a great jo on that one too! Thank you !

I have a 5S phone that belonged to my late wife and so has great sentimental value to me. The battery had swollen so much that it had pushed the casing apart with a high risk it could explode. I was very concerned. However, the battery was replaced with extreme care. This phone is now safe and working 100%. I highly recommend Smart-Tech Repairs and I will continue using their services.

Brilliant staff very helpful. Replaced my screen and fixed my phone perfectly in under an hour. £100 for replacement of my Galaxy A52S 5G screen with exemplary care and precision. Better than anywhere else I've seen in the area. I'm am very happy and a lot of problems have now been solved.

Went in today as my son had smashed his ipad screen, the gentleman working was really helpful and friendly and had the screen fixed in less than 2 hours, also got a screen protector for the ipad and my phone, all 3 are fantastic quality and the repair was done to a high standard will definitely be recommending and using again for future repairs. Thank you so much

Smashed the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max saw reviews and phoned Smart TechUnder a third of Apples price. Smart Tech ordered original part and came in next day and replaced instore in 2 hours.Excellent service and cost, fully recommend.

Smashed screen replaced here, despite having separate phone insurance! Why? Done same day, and no need to factory reset, or pay registered postage.And it's literally as good as new.And when one of the £20 ear buds I bought for my son stopped working, he swapped them even though I didn't have the packaging any more (so he might not get his refund). No quibble. No fuss.Unbeatable service, in my opinion.

Amazing service and reasonable price.I called on Saturday afternoon and got all the details, the estimated time and the price of the repair, very transparent and honest. Phone was fixed the next day in the morning. Perfect service.Staff is friendly and polite, fast repair and price was affordable.Great service!

Took my partner iphone 12mini there today on the 18/11/22 the was quite nice and friendly and new what they was doing compair to other places saying the won't get it done till tomorrow or Monday so I popped there and gave them a try and really appreciate the support and the help and They gave me a good price in future people if u need your phone fixed give them a try they are located opposite the Bell in Norwich many thanks guys for today

Easy online booking. Phone screen on my S20 ultra smashed . These guys had it repaired within the hour. Why wait 5 days at Samsung Shop. Cheaper as well.Highly recommend Smart Tech Repairs 👍

Excellent I called ahead with details of problem with IPhone speaker volume I was advised of both scenarios it would either be a clean or replacement part. I turned up and 30 mins later all done and working again. Very reasonably priced and good service.

Took my phone in on the off-chance that the aux socket could be fixed (had stopped accepting headphone jack). Chap behind the counter took out a pair of giant pincers and fished out a bundle of fluff from the socket (I thought I'd cleared it all out) in about 5 seconds. Handed the phone back with a smile, socket now clear and working perfectly again. Simple, friendly service, rare these days. Will definitely go back if I have any problems with phones in the future - might even have to pay next time!

Fab service. Broke my Samsung phone screen so needed a replacement. Booked in on the Friday afternoon, took it in on Saturday morning, and got the phone back within the hour in perfect working order. Really competitive price too. Would recommend and use again.
