Smashed screen replaced here, despite having separate phone insurance! Why? Done same day, and no need to factory reset, or pay registered postage.And it's literally as good as new.And when one of the £20 ear buds I bought for my son stopped working, he swapped them even though I didn't have the packaging any more (so he might not get his refund). No quibble. No fuss.Unbeatable service, in my opinion.

Excellent I called ahead with details of problem with IPhone speaker volume I was advised of both scenarios it would either be a clean or replacement part. I turned up and 30 mins later all done and working again. Very reasonably priced and good service.
Took my phone in on the off-chance that the aux socket could be fixed (had stopped accepting headphone jack). Chap behind the counter took out a pair of giant pincers and fished out a bundle of fluff from the socket (I thought I'd cleared it all out) in about 5 seconds. Handed the phone back with a smile, socket now clear and working perfectly again. Simple, friendly service, rare these days. Will definitely go back if I have any problems with phones in the future - might even have to pay next time!
Fab service. Broke my Samsung phone screen so needed a replacement. Booked in on the Friday afternoon, took it in on Saturday morning, and got the phone back within the hour in perfect working order. Really competitive price too. Would recommend and use again.
