  • Call or email us in advance to let us know which make and model smart technology you are sending to us and details of the problem. This will help us to ensure we can carry out your repair promptly and quote you correctly.

  • Ensure you pack your device well to protect it against damage. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
  • Please include a note with your package detailing your full name, return address, fault information and any passcode (so we can test the repair has been successful).
  • We will confirm when your package has been received and keep you fully updated throughout the repair process. 
  • Payment will be requested from you after the device has been repaired. In the unlikely event your device is unrepairable, you will be charged £4.99 for return postage.
  • Return postage is  charged at £4.99 in addition to the cost of the repair.
